First Strike

First Strike is The Big Project I was able to run through with Blindflug from start to end. It started as a remaster of the studio old classic, but then went on to become so much more: after the code rewrite, we were able to "easily" add game modes and multiplayer. I'm really proud of architectural decisions that were done in this project: based on a single codebase, we were able to generate single player game, game client, game server and stress test agent.

Democratia: The Isle of Five
Project name: Democratia: The Isle of Five

Democratia is the first project I had a chance to develop with Blindflug from scratch. It's a cool digital board game that can be played by up to five people in a shared WiFi network. Players take upon a role of a tribe leader on a small island and need to balance own agenda and common interest when making political decisions.

Stellar Commanders

Stellar Commanders is a fast paced cards based RTS game, originally released as an Apple Arcade title. Players fight 1v1, trying to asert control over a small planet. Game was at the end of its development cycle when I joined Blindflug in 2019, but I was still able to take part in porting it to Steam.

Terrafarming Mars
Project name: Terrafarming Mars

Another Global Game Jam entry, this time with a topic: What home means to you. Terrafarming Mars is a little farming simulator, where instead of cows and crops, you tend to solar panels and drills looking for water. Another thing that was really fun to make. A little piece of trivia - literally every 3d model in a project is some combination of Unity cubes. Yeah, Martian rover wheels too. -

Project name: Y'all shall obey

Our take on the god game genre - game made for a Global Game Jam with a theme transmission. Y'all shall obey puts you in charge of unnamed deity trying to keep people from killing each other by blowing them off planet with a thunderbolt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
One thing I particularily liked about this project was its use of A* algorithm, with graph wrapped around the globe. Add a little ragdoll physics and you end up with... something. It was fun to make!

Shapes 3D Geometry Drawing

Shapes 3D Geometry Drawing is an educational app developed for internal client at Setapp, used to support teaching of, well, 3D geometry. You get a set of predefined polyhedrons, that you can rotate and inscribe with segments and points. You can also display everything using AR (with MergeCube). It was released on iOS and Android.

Gloria Victis
Project name: Gloria Victis
Company: Black Eye Games

Gloria Victis is an indie MMORPG (sic!) developed by Black Eye Games set in a low fantasy, medieval setting, with a big focus on PvP and crafting. Players fight over control of an island between 3 nations, more or less resembling knights, vikings and Persian warriors. Game features combat that could be compared to that of Mount and Blade.
